I understand your frustration. Going by current trends, TSC is approving a lot of 02 cases right now. They are probably holding of on your 140 in order to get the 485 ready for approval. I am sure that within the next couple of months you will get both the 140 and 485 approved.

Well, Sara, if the retrogression dates follow the tendancy they have been following lately, I won't see that approval anytime soon...
My PD is March 29, 2002...
I am EB-3 in the Professional category. Right now, things are okay for the priority dates but since they are giving visa numbers to people who applied way after me, it seems like I will get the backlash of this...
Anyway, I just want to know if somebody else has as old a I-140 pending as I do.

Hi Luna-
Its horribly frustrating, but take heart that one day it will happen. In the meantime, day by day--easier said than done, I realize, but I guess every now and then, vent, vent, vent. That sems to be my strategy these days. Take care.
