Oldest Cases Pending and Senator's Follow up in Atlanta

Well according to the responses from the participents, These are the two oldest cases pending on this forum at TSC.

No Responses from BCIS, No RFE's.

JuanKarloz did you ever had any rfe's what did the TSC give you the cause of delay.

I still dont have a response from TSC after Senator Millar's follow up. TSC responded 10 weeks ago by saying they will refer the case to the exam section and respond back in 15-20 days. Now 70 days more have passed. No response. Any experiences with the Senator/Congressman in Atlanta
 
Oldest Cases

Hey takeanumber.

I Have never had any RFE.
As you know im also getting help from a Fla Congressman, with his help we found out that my A fliles were lost at the TSC.
one month ago I received a letter from the Congressman's Office about my Inquire attached a copy of a letter from BCIS office in Miami. Giving response about my inquiary, saying that my A files were found and they will be reviewed and I-485 expeditiously prepared for processing. Notification of the interview appointment will be sent about two weeks in advance.
No response yet.

I got a response from the Senator's office 10 weeks ago. No updates. Thanks for sharing your update. GoodLuck
