I have approved 140 from earlier employer and now that priority dates have retrogressed, I wanto to take adv. of earlier PD.
Has anyone done this? I know its doable, but I want to know if someone ha done this, what was the procedure. My lawyer just wrote a letter to NSC regarding this. I m not sure if this is sufficient. As v have not even received a confirmation to that letter?
