Old Labor Cases withdrawls

Hi,

I have two Labor ceretifications cases pending with Backlog centers
1st - with Employer A - Priority date of August '04
2nd - with Employer B - Priority Date of December' 04
Both were of RIR / EB-2

now I want to GO with a new application under PERM.
my questitons are;
1. So what happens to the old cases ?
2. Should I withdraw them beofer applying under PERM
3, Who should withdraw, my lawyer or me ?

Are you working for both the companies on concurrent H1 ? In that case you can withdraw any one. However you have to withdraw the one from the Company through which you are applying PERM. Your attorney should do the paper work.
