Old I-140

My new PERM approved now and I am in a process to file a new I-140.

Few questions
I realize that my old I-140 (filled by previous employer) still shows "Case received and pending" status.

Old Employer never send any cancellation notice.

Do I need to do something for that? the old I-140 was filled 05/31/2007
and I changed the employer in 08/12/2007

Should I call and cancel it?
Can I take any benefit out of it as it's not canceled yet?

You can't use it any more as you're not with the old employer.

It will be very useful if it gets approved. You can recapture your old priority date using your old I-140. But if you are born in a non-retrogressed country, then it does not matter.
