I have got my H1B last year in 2005 quota but then I came to US on L1 for a year from my current company. I will be going back by this year end and will like to get the H1B stamped and come back. Do you think consulate will ask questions like why I didn't come earlier and/or can ask for some other documents also? If yes, what extra documents are needed and do you see any complications in this. Is there a time by which you should get your Visa stamped.
