I am in a complicated situation, pls help.
1. I was working with company A. Company B transferred
my H1, but I didn't join. A week later C transferred
by H1. C also got a 7th yr extension based on pending
LC with A.
a. Can I join B now if I am still with A?
b. If I joined C for a week, can I leave and join B?
(yes, there are some reasons for doing this).
What I am wondering is if the previous transferred H1
expires if a new transfer is done, especially in case
I join the company doing the new transfer (C). (And also the validity of C H1 is more than that of B)
Now if I have to join B, can I use the previous H1 or
do I need a new transfer from C to B.
