Hello Everyone,
If I leave my employer before getting the 45 day letter from BEC,
can they legally continue my LC just by confirming their intent to persue it
even though I am no longer employed there when the letter finally arrives ?
My doubts are two fold :
1> Does the letter imply (and hence require ) my current employment with them ?
2> If they are able to continue my LC
will it be a problem for me use it for my I-140 / 485 since
I have not been continously employed there since the priority date ?
( current vs future employment )
