Old Company's H1B/ Pending I140 & I485/ Getting Married/ Visiting India

Friends,

I am currently on H1B visa of my privious company which is valid till Sept 2005 & have received approval for H1B with my current company.

Q. Since I am visiting India in next few weeks, based on latest rules can I get the new H1B visa stamped from USA embassy in India?

Q. What all paper should I carry on my visit to India(irrespective of if I can get the visa stamped or not)?


I may get married(bride unknown) during my visit to India.

Q. What documents will be needed to get H4 visa?

Q. Same as above in order to persue her application for I485?

every time he/she changes jobs. U should be good 2 go but
take ORIGINAL 797 approval notice.
