Okay, Question regarding the I-693

Here is the story. My wife came here from Poland on a K-1 Visa. She had all of the medical stuff done in Poland, tests, bloodwork, x-rays etc. She had a sealed envelope which she gave to the immigration people when she arrived here.

I was told when I called the 800 # that she did not have to have any medical tests done here because she already had them done and would not have been able to enter without them. Also, the woman told me since she entered on a K-1 visa, she did not need the I-693.

They had sent us a request for additional info (one was an affidavit of support which I already submitted with the I-485 and I sent AGAIN) and the other was the I-693. I told them they should have the medical information already because she entered as a K-1.

Now they are sending yet another request for info. I'm not sure what it is this time but I would assume those idiots want the I-693 which the woman told me I did not need!!

Can someone clear this up? I would reallllllllly appreciate it since the morons in USCIS CS have no clue what they are talking about!! Every time I call them I get a different answer :(

Do I need the whole i-693 or just the supplement? It says in the i-485 that a K-1 Fiancee only needs the supplement...thanks!

Also, they failed to mention they needed it translated...they decide to mention it on the "need additional info" paper....

She needs the I-693 Medical examination of alien even though she had it already from Poland. She needs to make an appointment with a doctor who is certified by USCIS. She can show all the medical stuff to the doctor there, then the doctor will sign the I-693 for her in an sealed envelop. She will not open it because the immigration will open it for her. But she will have a copy of it from the doctor. Here is the link to find a civil surgeon in your area. Hope this would help.

The I-485 form states the following:

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the non immigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.

This is what I am not understanding....She did enter as a K-1 fiancee and had the examination within the past year
