Ok, its retroactive. What's next? File taxes, show US income, sponser families.....

All,

It seems a bit clear now that IRPA is retroactive. Now for PRs living in the US:

- Do we need to file Canadian tax returns during our 3 year stay in the US and show US income?
- Can we legally sponser our parents and other immediate family members with an intention to return to Canada for ourselves? Can we show US income as a proof of support?
- If somebody didn't file Canadian tax returns for previous years and became in status due to the new law, can he / she file Canadian taxes now with US income included? Not applicable to me since I landed this Feb. but should be helpful for old PRs.

Any ideas are appreciated!
