Let's start a thread on the condition of Ohio. My case is:
File I485 and I765 On 9/4/03 to the Office in Columbus through marrying a citizen.
Got receipt 12/15/03, but it said my files were received on 10/15/03.
Had EAD interview 1/13/04, they had my finger printed and gave me the EAD card. What pissed me is that the card is valid from 12/15/03 to 12/15/04, then why the heck didn't you give it to me untill January?
Officier told me there is a severe backlog now in Ohio
