hello,
i am an american citizen, my wife is a foreign national with temporary green card. she entered into usa in 12/00 and has never petitioned to change from temporary status. we just realized this malfunction and require correction. we live in ohio and need help... can anyone give any advice as to what can happen, what we are looking foreward to, or what we need to do to recify this situation?
