just curious- if the CP process will be effected in anyway after the Ohata memo was issued? all i know is that non-concurrent I-140's are being approved in a month these days as compared to concurrent..so one going for CP shouldn't think twice right?

Puhrince,
I am junior to you but I am not sure the reason behind the above issue, as you have asked many times in this forum ?

I am sure you might be watching the approvals of I-140 and the Cp interviews closely so I think every think is going as normal and I-140 at NSC is getting cleared in a month or so but other center are taking longer than that, istn't it ?

By the way at what stage is your GC going ? just curious.

my MI/chicago dol labor(which got delayed all of a sudden by 9 months) will be done later in the year..so thats why i might have posted my repetitive question earlier..will choose if indeed, after the memo, they predict 6 month approval..but offhand, just curious if non concurrent I-140 times have been affected cos i know concurrent times have.

Puhrince,
I know your background about your labour, I spoke to you in I-140 NSC forum.I thought your labour has been cleared by now, well I am sorry to hear that you are still struggling with it.

I hope and pray that your labour gets cleared as soon as possible and as I40 takes a month or two at NSC so that should also be cleared before the end of this year.

Hope you are not delaying your marriage plans due to labour. Wish you all the best.

Thanks
