Oh My God..oh My God.. I Can't Believe It!

Well, all these years.. I Saw people making this weird sound & showing their happiness... I used to feel happy for them but after retrogression I had lost hope that I'll be able to make that sound... But time changed & today is my turn to go...

YYAAAAAAHHHHHHOOOOOOOOUUUOOOOO!!!!

Surprisingly, my wife's case was also approved & she filed her case as my dependent in June 2005.

So the lady at NSC was right. When I asked her yesterday about my case & if everything is ok.. She smiled & said "if there is any issue with ur case then it won't be sitting where its sittin right now... Just be patient & everything will be ok soon".. from her smile I guessed that my case could be close.

Anwyays guys!! Good luck to all of U.. I still can't believe it.. need few days to sink in the news!!

Congratulations. I hope they continue to approve more pending cases and i hope i get approved soon.
 
Do they approve before PD

Is there any chance that they would approve I-485 before the PD is current.
My friends's case PD end June 2003 and only in July 2007 this becomes current. However, he needs to travel and does not have AP. Will there be any chance his case is approved before June 2007. Thanks
 
Nope.. they can't approve before PD become current...
C'MON wait for FEW MORE DAYS... We've waited for alomst a decade

No - uscis will not approve when PD is not current.
So if your friend wants to travel - he/she can safely travel as long as the re-enter by June 30 - their case won't be approved if the PD comes current only on July 1st
