Oh GOD.......When will DEC start ?

Hey Guys,

I am just losing my patience. I am anxiously waiting for Dec to start.

I recently joined a new company on Feb 10th, got a good job, long term project, good salary and good position. After long efforts and hard work and that too in this present job market.

My lawyer suggested me to inform INS once I have atleast 4-5 pay stubs. I have got 3, another 2 to come, I just wish my approval should come by May 2003, before I intend to inform INS and then only GOD knows what will be the outcome ?

Hey I am just sharing my anxiousness with you guys out there.

Please, please say something good, that could comfort me.

Why are you so concerned about the paystubs? I would only inform INS in case of RFE and in that case you can send them the paystubs that you have at that time. I am not sure if you were out of a job for some time or if you directly switched from one company to the other. In the later case you can also send a mix of paystubs from both companies.

Your are almost there!!!


By the way, I believe that many lawyers recommend to inform INS about job switch because it allows them to charge a nice fee. Note that you are not required to inform the INS and that there is not even a form published by the INS for you to complete.

I have the same wish as yours

Hope DEC start asap. But if BCIS continue processing the case like this, I don't think we can get our approval in May. You have very good position now, better than me, you don't need to worry, just wait. I'm still not sure how long our company can stand and keep us here working. God bless us!
 
You don't need to inform INS. and better not.

INS is processing NOV, should start some of Dec next month and most Dec in May.

Check AVM for status, online status is down
 
Seems to me days are not passing, when May/June will come. I wish, We would see Dec approval.

DEC RD approved.

Friend of mine with 12/04/01 RD got approved Today. He checked his AVM.

I asked him twice it is Notice date he said its RD.
I will try to post Approx EAC #. and details.
Its not age out case , Its normal with EB3-Atlanta

Thanks to all you guys out there, for all your moral support.

I know BCIS is slow but few days back I read a thread where someone mentioned that BCIS employees who were held up for Alien registartion for the listed countries, will be back to immigration processing from April 23rd onwards.

I just hope that is true and we may be the lucky to see Dec approvals to come fast.
