Official/Unofficial EB1 and National Interest Industries List

I am looking for industries where there is shortage of skilled people and is there an official from immigration/unofficial list of types of jobs/industries where getting the H1 and then the GC is easiest.

There is no such list. Each case is judged on its own merit. Labor shortages have nothing to do with EA or NIW.

There is a separate, expedited GC procedure for nurses. This has nothing to do with EA/OR/NIW.
