I am in Atlanta. I contacted our congressman and got a reply within a week that I need to wait. I also tried to fax TSC, but to no avail so far. I guess I will have to wait until my date is 30 days behind the processing date.

Check it again, its April 22, 2002.

Looks like April 01 is for 08/31 update, and April 22 is for 09/15 update.
