Yes my attorney sent fax enquiry for my 485 in the begining of Aug and we received a response by the last week of Aug. Its a useless response as all it said was my case was "pending".
However the fax enquiry for my fp back in Sep 01 resulted in fp notice with in 15 days. Now I don't know if the notice was anyway connected to the fax though.
