Official Dates are showing Jan 13th!!

This is crazy but I believe the dates had changed on 22nd Jan and now the website shows the dates as of Jan 13th...
wise people any ideas???
 
This happened for all service centres. But I noticed that I-140, 485 dates are not changed for EB3 categories.

i think now they'll do processing the retrogess timeframe..they start processing before jan 1,2002 cases for EB3
