To anyone,

I did a phone inquiry on my AP document with customer service rep on 1/21/05. Today, I received a letter in the mail from ZZ365 saying they have received the request. However, it doesn't say anything about why it hasn't been processed yet. Anyone who has any experience with Officer 365. Please share your experience. Should I call USCIS again?

I have a reply from officer 84. Doesn't matter. Mine also says that my case was put in process on 8/28/2003 but they are now processing cases filed on or prior to 2/3/2004 (it was a little while ago). As you see, no explanation why my case is half year behind their date.
