Officer working on my case - as per CSR on phone..

This is what i got while i talked to the 1-800.... phone today.
But the last LUD i saw was 8/29. Both mine aand spouse case.

Is this a positive sign?

I called up yesterday and she told me similar thing. My case is with an officer and every thing looks ok. I then asked her, what about name check - she said, its still pending

I spoke to a TSC today and was told that my case was with an officer, name check and FP are both clear. However, no visa number available till Oct 01 and that they were processing cases from Sep2006 and that I had applied in March07.

Lost for words...

Getting cleared of namecheck is a big thing. Relax.

I was calling them to confirm if my latest FP results have been uploaded into the system at TSC (that is Have they recvd from ASC). Then the lady said this and cut the phone.I had to be on hold for 25 min. did not hv the patience to even call again
