ND: 04/21/2002, FP: 02/03/2003, RFE issued: 04/08/2004, my company attorneys took close to two months to reply back to the RFE, it was replied back on 06/01/2004 and officer 256 approved my case on 06/08/2004. So good luck! (My wife's case is still pending for some reason, same ND, FP dates)
