Does anyone have experience with Officer # 16 on RFEs. Both INS and my lawyer screwed up by sending me response to RFE with the wrong SRC #. I noticed the problem when i requested copies of all documents.
Lost 2 months due to this.
Finally send my RFE (Medical) with the right SRC #.
The RFE was ackowledged on 08/25/2004.
What is your experience with Office # 16.
