Does any one have experience with problem resolutions of delayed N-400 applications through the Office of Ombudsman?

Also can any one post the contact information (email/address) of the new Director of USCIS (Dr. Gonzalez)? Per one of their documents that they have listed on their website, USCIS plans to eliminate all backlogs by end of 2006. I wonder if this includes N-400 applications as well.
