Offer letter terms and Condition - After H1B expired

My 7th year H1B expires by the end of this month. My Current Employer is unable to extend my 8th Year extension. In this situation, Would the terms and conditions which I signed in my offer letter with the Current Employer will be valid even after my expiration of H1B?

Please advise me.
