Off Topic - H1 transfer question

Excuse me for asking off topic question(although I am in same situation as most others).

If I transfer H1 from employer-A to employer-B, does it mean my H1 with employer-A gets invalidated automatically ? Can I work for two employers(may be part for emp-A or on leave from employer-A and full time with employer-b) ?

You cannot work for 2 employers unless both your H-1Bs are filed for part-time.

You cannot be on leave from A and join B. Once you start with B, you need a fresh H1B to go back to A.

Typically H1B does not automatically get canceled once another company's H1B gets approved as long as you are on valid H1B status.
