OF 230 form

Guys who have had successful CP at B\'bay, the form that your lawyer asked you to fill, was it OF-230 or DS-230. Our lawyer asked us to fill the OF-230 form & has sent it to B\'bay. Yesterday we noticed that this form states that it expires on 3/31/2001.
 
OF230 is obselete, use DS230

However, if you have already sent it in don\'t bother. Just take DS230 filled for the interview
