sorry, i did not know you post a msg so early this morning.
yes, i received the passport and it took exactly 14 days (mailed on Saturday as 1 way express mail return service + expediated service).
i do not remember what question 6 is about. for the emergency contact, I put a good friend of mine as my emergency contact.

thank you for your answer. Did you post a trip plan on your application. Question 18 is about travel plans (date of trip, length and country to visit)
