I had posted my details to teh october waiters list earlier this morning. Wanted advise if I just apply for EAD and AP at this stage. I am NOT working on EAD but my wife is on the EAD which expires in Dec 01. My I485 ND is cot 23, FP done 11/19/00.
If I apply for EAD and AP does it have any impact on the 485 adjustment?
