I predict that NO ONE will be able to predict the Oct bulletin with any amount of accuracy.
On a more serious note, I think EB3 ROW should see further movement. EB3 India will probably continue to struggle in April 01. EB2 India will start moving at a snails pace. Thats my best estimate.

I just wanted to see our mood. That's all. It is simply unpredictable.
It seems that the majority are pessimistic about EB3 Row, expecting dates to retrogress to 2001. Interesting.

Please note, I got a EVL RFE and answered, then got an update email and receipt. So, I think my case is pre-adjudicated. Does the CIS automatically approve my case after the PD is made current? Can I expect to see approval in early October? Thanks to all of you for your help in advance!

It all depends. If your case has been pre-adjudicated, you might receive approval quite quickly (sometime in Oct). There have been a few people here that have recently become eligible for I-485 approval and it took anywhere from 1 to 3 months to actually be approved.
