October visa bulletin - EB3 India July 2001

Last time it was Nov 01 2001. Now its again retrogress to 07/01/2001.It bad news for me ...

I was hoping that it should be at least Nov 2001.
 
EB3 India - July 1st 2001.

How many cases is pending in year 2001? It won't be as much as in year 2006 or 2007 right?

What do you guys think?
