How many people are still left from October-01, I am really frustrated by the incompetence of BCIS, I wish I was born in Cuba/Mexico as then I would have been saved from this never ending ordeal.

Did you guys heard the bill asking for granting Licences to illegal immigrants in the news recently in California, we are busting our A*** paying taxes, working hard etc and even then these days some states are refusing to issue Licenses based on EAD.

Many of the october filers got transferred. I think there are not many left. Try to take an action immediately.

got rfe and responded back on jan 23.
no second Fp and nothing.
when i called NSC 4 weeks back i recived a letter 2 weeks back saying that i will listen something with in 60-90 days.

i waiting for my day

My case also no response, got the letter that my FP have expired but this was almost 1.5 months backs so far no 2 FP notices.
