October Approval Rate 50% ???

I don't think October's approval rate is truly 50% yet. I believe it's close to 30% even though rupnet shows a good 50%. A friend of mine ran the script on a particular mid October RD and the result was 27% including those transfers. Anyone has different statistics? Please share.
