I am on bench on a desi company and frustrated. though i have good relation with company but they are not able to place me and i may not be able to get salary then till i get placed may be 2-3 month.But i am getting very good job with 20-25% hike in a new company. I need some help from you guys.
what should i do in order to change job to a new company my ND is 21 oct 99. i have not recieved FP yet. I have applied for EAD renewal in DEC 00 but not recieved yet. Does EAD needed? i have H1-B only 4 months left to expire. And one more thing my lawyer is company lawyer so how do i deal with them when i change job to new employer. Can i have my new lawyer at this stage and how do i deal with address change in another state.

Take care guys! I am very anxious not to get paid for 3-4 month just because of CG with this employer.Please Help me.
