October 2007 VB - EB3 - India Only

Hi Friends,

I'd like to start a discussion on how EB3 would look like for India in the month of Octobers: calculations, analysis, or even wild guess are welcome.

My wild guess:

June 2004
 
USCIS has a tendency of issuing memos. So lets not jump ahead and start thinking of Oct. The lawsuit threat from AILF + Congressional letter might be forcing USCIS to rethink their strategy, and there could be a 180 in Aug bulletin.
