As per Immitracker record, 1 case of October last week was approved. This person seems to be Raphraj\'s friend. If it is real, there is every reason for us to be happy.

Anyhow I dont see any ND with Sep 2000 approved???

If this is true, then VSC has started another parallel process to get
 Yr 2000 485\'s approved before the begining of October 2001.

I am not sure about this. I called VSC today (@ 11AM) and spoke to an IIO and she told me that they are processing Aug 15th cases right now (Year 2000 ofcourse). My ND is Dec 2000 and she told me that I can expect something in the next 4 to 5 months (which should take my case beyond Oct 2001).

yes, but you have to remember that when the IIO says August 15th they are indeed processing stuff way beyond say begining of september
or something.

My ND is 10/12/00 and I got approved yesterday,
July 12th, after our interview in Baltimore.
My case was transferred to Baltimore last 4/27/01.
PD 11/24/98 ND 10/12/00 FP 12/26/00.
