Guys,
I got a confirmation email tonight at 8:30PM regarding the I-140 approval.

My Info:
LC - PD Dec 2001 - EB2 Own Labor CSC.
I-140/I-485/765 ND OCTOBER 7,2004.
FP Notice: OCT 27,2004
FP Done: NOV 10,2004.
FP result received: NOV 16, 2004.
EAD Approved On: DEC 14, 2004.
EAD Card Received on: DEC 18,2004

I-140 Approved: March 30,2005.

I-485 LUD: Jan 20, 2005(Because of address Change).

Good luck to other guys/gals.
Now I have to wait for my 485.

My ND is Oct 5.

Did you have any LUD before approval?

Oct 6, 2004 I-140 approved

My 140 has been approved

CSC -- EB2 - Concurrent
140/485 - Rd Oct 6th (ND oct 1st)
140 approved 3/30/2005
485 - lud 1/13/2005
PD - Jan 2002 ( Though I don't see the date on 485 or 140 reciept- but it is based on labor filing date)
we just gave our Daughters Biometrics on 3/26/05, and her 485 lud is changed twice after that (3/28, 3/29/05)

I have an LUD on 3/30, but no message has been changed. Just now (3/31) i received a message, that my case (140) has ben approved.
No updates on 485

CSC really works on October cases now! :)

I noticed none of you guys received RFE for I140, would you please tell us if what type of company you are working for (size, profitable)?

CSC_PAWN, yep I didn't receive any RFE.
My company is a US Company with around 1500 employees. Our quarterly earnings is around 100 million us$.

My ND is Oct 5 too. No LUD on 140. LUD on 485 is 1/13/2005 but no change to the message.
 
I called up emergency number to find about the name check status.

They did not tell me about name check but told me that cases of Mid sept to Mid Oct are bing processed and we should be hearing about our cases shortly.

Let us hope for the best.

My LUD on 140 was 10/7 for receipt notification. The LUD on 485 was 10/27 and 11/10 ( FP Results).


NO LUD on 140 / 485 after that.

Looks like today is a bumper day ( Quarter closing) for 140 approvals.

Way to go CSC.
