Oct99-Feb00 EB3 filers who don\'t have PD current

Please post your details if you have got any RFE. I didn\'t see any RFE for EB3 filed between Oct 99 and Feb 2000, whose PD is not current. Does this mean they are not currently processing these cases and waiting to process for the PD to become current?

Mine is EB3 and 485 is on 11-18-99. I got a RFE on Aoril 11. Now My lawyer is planning to file an Amended I-140 before respoding the RFE.

You case will be processed based on your I-485 Notice Date. When all the processing is done they will check the priority dates and if it is current then they will approve it. If your PD iis not current then they will keep it on hold and will approve it when your PD become current. Well this is for the clean cases and if there are any RFEs then it would delay your case.
