Oct99 Case Approved, VSC IIO called me by Phone

Yet to get the Approval letter.
VSC IIO called me and told me that my case is approved. She updated my address also.
I just surprised about this movent. She took my number when I called last time.
I called INS several times.
My attorney wrote a written letter 3 weeks back requesting the status.

How were you soooo patient?I guess VSC is clearing 99 cases. That is very good.

I do not know. Evey time they use to say, Every thing is good.
I think I filed Amended I-140(Eb3 to EB2) in December2000. I think that would have made my Rd to Dec 2000
