First, Thanks to you all, you guys are awesome.

Here is my case details...
lobor substitution (Priotiry date on 140 App notice was APR1999)

I140
*****
ND JUN 03
AD APR 04

I485/EB3/India (me,my wife and our son)

ND 10/22/03

Me and wife: AD 12/28/04
LUD - 12/02/04, 12/28/04
FP1 - 9/9/2004, recd:9/10/04

Son(8yr old): AD 12/29/04
LUD never changed
Msg says card ordered

Namecheck :confused:

I did not get a response to the email/fax that I sent in OCT. Being a muslim, I was worried I that I'll get extra attention and delay in this process.

Congrats. Mine ND was the same as yours. Is yours a future employment with labor substitution.

Surpised that OCtober 2004 case was approved but actually it happened to be OCtober 2003 case.
