i chaged the employer after i applied for gc,i included w2 forms but not 797.they asked 5 isssues which reflects the same from that comapny like how legally i worked,paystubs,expleeter,start end end date like that

my details

i cahnged th ejob after i apllieedmy gc an dafter my labor.i joined back after 4 months and continued with old employer.when i joined th new employer they applied h1.once i got rd i started working with them.i included w2 forms of new employer whic i worked for 4 months.but i have not included their h1 along with 485.theor questions

1 my 194
2 start and end date with new employer
3 prove how i legally worked with new employer
4 my taxreturn for 2001
5 lastmonthpaystub
6 my 797 with new emp
