Considering closure for audit. Upcoming holidays and ingeneral holiday mood Oct will happen in December.
Officially INS has only done 30% Sep cases + atleast 30% Aug/July cases still left, at the current rate Oct will happen in December and may well go in till the end of January.
(Current that I have seen is that INS processing dates move 15 days in excess of 1 Month(calender days)!!!!!).
At this rate new filers can now expect avg processing time now to be 14 - 19 months, which is same as texas.

Approvals are taking anywhere from 11-14 months.....
Mostly by 11-12 months......

It is true that VSC is in the middle of annual audit, however, VSC is still processing cases although you can't see it. ALso you can never expect the ratio reach 100% on rupnet monthly approval rate since some people are too lazy to update their info.

Anyway, let's hope VSC will finish all sept cases in this months!
