Oct. I-140 filers at NSC, pl. respond

My I-485/140 EB-2 were filed concurrently in 10/2003, received EAD/AP, FP done on 05/26/04. FBI cleared.
I-140 is still pending. The current processing in my category for I-140 is shown as 10/06/03 at NSC.

Does that mean I am close to processing or with concurrent filing, I-140 will not be touched until I-485 is ready for processing?
Did anyone got I-140 approved lately that was filed in 10/2003? Was it concurrent or otherwise?

my 140 filed concurrently with 485 with RD : Sept 27, 2003.
Nothing has been touched in my case yet....Do not build ur hopes now. I did that inmay and june....Now even if just 140 gets approved, it would be great

i share your pain, hopefully u should be in the Q as per the new processing date of 09/15 in EB-2.

did u get your FP done? do u posses EAD, if so, r u considering changing jobs without I-140 approval?
 
They are waiting for elections to end till then the approval rate will move one day per month. in 9 months, it will show sept 24th 2003 :rolleyes: :p :( :mad: :( :mad: :rolleyes: :p :p :mad:

Got EAD and AP in April 2004.

No FP Yet
LUD for both I-140 and I-485 on 21 Nov 2003 after that nothing.
 
I-140 approved today.........!!!!

Some kinda good news here. My I-140 was approved today. Here are my details which might bring hope for the hopefuls....filed in October.

Details:
EB2 in NSC
I140 ND Oct 8th 2003
I485 ND Oct 8th 2003
EAD received 11/20/2003
AP received 11/20/2003
FP Done 5/23/2004

Since there is no change in my I-485 status, really don't know what exactly is happening at NSC.

It's seems prayers are not working for us, I think i need to think for next alternative, if it is not going to approve in next one month. I am desperate, as i need to change my job. I got only few weeks left with my present contract.

Did USCIS site got updated after your finger printing. Let's wait and see who will get the first approval.

Yes the FP results were updates on the UCSIS site on 07-JUN-2004 , FP was done on 11-MAY-2004. So it took one month to get updated
 
I filed 140 and 485 concurrently on oct 23 2003.
From the link shown below, the 140 processing date is may 12 2004 (for skilled worker).

does it not mean that all 140s in october are approved (if no RFEs)?

when i asked my lawyer, they said they still havent heard anything. (they wouldn't give me the LIN #, so i cant check the status online)

Why wouldn't your lawyer reveal the I-485 receipt number. Its your petition.
Ask him for clarification regarding the ownership of 485. I can understand not revealing the I-140 receipt number. But 485 ?? :confused:
 
Forgot to mention FP info

FP1 -- sometime in May firstweek at SFO
Called up FBI two days later to check status. They mentioned that they mailed the response back to NSC a day after the FP. The lady on phone gave me the number to find out name check info. I did not bother to after noticing the backlog from this forum.
