According to rupnet.

If you consider RFEs the percentageof cases "touched" may be more.

I hope I have a happy Xmas :)

According to Rupnet

The number of cases filed in October seems to be reaching levels of July and August. Latest info on Rupnet shows a little over 370 cases for October. Here we were sitting and predicting that Oct., Nov. and Dec. cases will be processed in parallel owing to the fewer number of applicants. Alas! Reality shows us how wrong we were. Due to the ever-increasing new entries in the database, we don't see much progress for Sept and Oct cases and the figures remain fixed around 69% and 40% respectively (I'm including RFE's too).
However, if you think a little different (like I do in an attempt to console myself), you may argue that the number of October cases is close to that of July and August because of the increase in Rupnet's own popularity. As Rupnet's user-base increases, more people are willing to share information pertaining to their case. In other words, if, say, 10% of July and August filers used Rupnet, perhaps 15 - 20% of October filers are using it today. Although the figures used are purely for illustration, I hope the theory holds :)

Excellent Point

WheresMahGreen,

You make a fine point about the increased popularity of Rupnet and the willingness of Oct. on filers to list their data, implying percentage comparisons with earlier months may not be valid.

Good analysis, not frivilous as is often seen on this site with predictions galore.

Like they say in baseball to a hitter, in his refusal to swing at a bad pitch: 'good eye'.

WheresMahGreen does have a point.

it will be interesting to see the actual rupnet website hits statistics. like total number of hits per day, per week as a pattern and total number of visitors per day, per week etc...

do you know if greaty-k collects that kind of stats?
