Hi all

It is my turn to share with you. My Case is approved along with my wife and two kids on March 26, 01.

Here My details:
EB2 Regular India
ID Jan 99
Labor March 99
I-140 August 99
ID and ND Oct 99
FL ND Feb 05, 01
FL Done on Mar 8, 01
Approved on Mar 26, 01
1 PA and 2 AD and No RE

My Service center is Vermont and I live in Denier since day one. Called
INS about 4 times. Called II on Feb 5, 01 for address change and got my FL notice on Feb 15. Did my finger print on Mar 9, 01 as per the scheduled date. Called FBI on Mar 23, 01 to check FP Status and was told the results were transmitted to Nebraska on the same day. Called IIO Vermont to confirm the results on Mar 23, 01 and was told the results were
received and fine. It will take about 3 weeks to approve.

Checked AVM on 03/26/01 and the message changed to approved on Mar 26 and will received the approval notice within 14 days.

Congrats!!ShriHari K, and best of luck for your future endeveors. Looks like INS@VSC is picking up EB2\'s before EB3\'s my dates are ahead of shriharis is all matters including RD,ND and FP the only difference is the EB Category he is EB2 while I am EB3.... just a thought

My regular labour is cleared in one and half month this period included both local and service centre. My I-140 Cleared in 3 Months.
My lawyer wasted about 4 months.

EB3 - India
PD - Dec \'96
ND - Oct7 \'99
FP - Mar6 \'01
approved on Mar26 \'01.
Yet to get my passport stamped.
