Oct 3 RFE for I-485 not received yet

Hello folks,
I got my GC plastic card 3 months ago from USCIS-Texas service center.(EB2 and we had priority date of April 2004 and our case was transferred from Vermont to Texas service center in March 2007). However, my wife's 485( who applied on the same day as mine) had an Oct 3 RFE on it in the USCIS online status site. But since we did not receive any RFE at home or at attorney's office, I called the cust support 2 weeks ago and was told that it will be re-send and it may take another 30 days. It's been almost 6 weeks and no RFE yet. After reading this forum it appears that RFE status update was a system error as 100's of people had 485 RFE status update but did not actually receive the RFE). However the cust support lady that I spoke to did not know that.
I am not sure what my next course of action should be for this ?!! :confused: Could you guys throw some advices ?

Try to contact the Service Center that has your wife's application. In the event that this is a true RFE request, and not a computer error, you only have 30 days to respond, or your application will be in jeopardy of denial.

Talk to an IO, not a customer service rep. Customer service reps have no other info than that shown on your online status. If you cannot get any information out of the IO, make an Infopass appointment and make sure it is not a true RFE.

I'm not trying to scare you or anything, but it's important that you verify if your wife's application really has an RFE or not by any means possible. The IO may allocate upto 12 weeks for RFE reply, so please don't panic yet.

may b its not RFE

I am in the similar situation where they gave me a mail that card production is ordered on oct 3rd, and the message stayed like that until 24th when it is changed that an RFE was issued. i called TSC IO but they are saying that there is no RFE, but they are just waiting for visa numbers to come out next month. My PD is jan 2002 EB3. So it has been more than a month with this RFE message and no communication from them with me or with my attorney. It looks like your case is also the same as me......Just a guess
 
Need TSC fax number for re-send request of I-485 related RFE?

Can somebody please let me know the correct TSC fax number for I-485 RFE queries? I better fax a re-send request and keep a copy for my records just in case for the worst case scenario.
