MY Wife's case has PD of Oct 2001 (SFO) and it was remanded to state thrice (07/2003, 04/2004, 08/2004). Could you folks please let me know if this case is moved to any BEC and if yes, to which BEC has it been moved.
Also, I'm worried that we are still not in receipt of the '45day letter' how to get information regarding this letter?
I'm counting on her Labor big time because my PD is July 04 and the I485 PDs are not moving forward well.
