Hi Oct2000!
What\'s your ND and RD?
I got my RD is 9/00 and ND is 10/00. How are they going to approve? is it with RD or ND?
I saw one posting this week (RD Aug 00 1st week and ND is 3rd week of Aug and he is approved, that means they are going through RD?).

Nope! They go by ND. And when VSC claims a certain date that they\'re working on, you will always find several applications well past that date. So, while they claim July 1st adjustments are currently happenning, they will most probably already have folks working on August cases.
