If you are October 2000 waiter, please copy the list of waiters
in the last message in this thread into your message and insert your
info in such a way that the list is kept in ascending order by EAD,
and then ND and then RD. Please keep the same format and do not use
extra spaces as we want the list aligned to make it easier to read.
If you want to give additional comments, put it after your id enclosed
in parenthesis.

If by any chance you change your status from say "pending" to
"approved", please post your message again and replace "(pending)" by
"(approved on mm/dd/yy)".
